especially when you’ve been carrying emotional burdens silently.

In our work together, I offer you a calm, warm space to slow down, process what’s happening inside, and begin to rebuild from the inside out.

An Integrative Approach

My work is integrative and person-centred, meaning therapy is guided by your individual needs rather than a single therapeutic model.
I draw on a range of established approaches, including person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed and body-based work, as well as cognitive-behavioural techniques, to support you in a way that is appropriate and responsive.

Our work may involve exploring thoughts, feelings, and past experiences; increasing awareness of relational patterns; developing coping strategies; or working through life transitions. The focus and pace of therapy are agreed collaboratively and reviewed as your needs evolve.

This approach allows for a flexible therapeutic process that supports personal insight, emotional regulation, and psychological wellbeing.

Working Together

Session Length: 50 minutes

Location: Online (via Zoom) or in-person in Upminster, Essex (RM14 area)

Fees:

In-Person Sessions : Single session: £80

Block of 6 sessions: £75 per session (£450 total – save £30)

Online Sessions: Single session: £65

Block of 6 sessions: £60 per session (£360 total – save £30)

I offer a 15-minute phone call so we can discuss what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit – with no obligation.

Reduced Fee Available:
I hold a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for students, those on low income, or experiencing financial hardship.

How Long Will Counselling Last?

 There’s no fixed timeline.

While some issues can be addressed in shorter-term work, the deep, transformative healing I specialize in typically unfolds over a minimum of 12 sessions.
This gives us time to build trust, explore underlying patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change – not just temporary relief.

You’re in control of how long we work together. When you feel ready to end, I simply ask for notice so we can have a proper closing session –
this provides healthy closure and honours the work you’ve done.
