Life can feel heavy, confusing or overwhelming  –  especially when you’ve spent years carrying emotional burdens silently. Counselling offers a private, steady space to slow down, process what’s happening inside,
and begin to rebuild from the inside out.

I offer counselling online and in-person at my private therapy room in Upminster, Essex.

Location: Online (video call) or In-Person (Upminster, Essex)

Concession rates are available for those on low income, students, or in financial hardship. Please ask.

How Long Will Counselling Last?

 

There’s no fixed timeline.

Some clients find 6-12 sessions enough for focused work, while others benefit from longer-term support.
We’ll review regularly and decide together what feels right for you.
