I’m a BACP-registered counsellor, psychotherapist and therapeutic life coach working onlne nationwide and in person in Upminster, Essex.
I support adults seeking emotional wellbeing, inner stability and a deeper connection with themselves – especially after periods of chronic stress, burnout, relational pain, or losing themselves to roles and expectations.
I have a particular heart for women navigating identity loss after years of caregiving, people-pleasing, or living for others – and for those whose faith is central to their healing journey.
I bring both professional expertise and lived wisdom to my practice.
My own journey through complex relationships, caregiving, cultural pressures and emotional hardship has deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to helping others heal – without shame, without judgement, at their own pace.
I understand what it’s like to feel lost in the weight of it all and I know what it takes to find yourself again.
