Starting therapy is often quite a scary prospect. This is normal. However, the majority of my clients say that their nerves start to subside after that first contact.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to deal with their difficult emotions, find healing, and feel confident to lead more fulfilling lives.
I can help with confidence & self-esteem, anxiety, low mood, relationships, and trauma issues.
Our services
We provide holistic short and long-term therapy and coaching to adult individuals both online and in person at our practice offices in Hackney and Grays.
Through life events, we can all at some point experience many different feelings and emotions. Along with joyful feelings, sometimes we can experience feeling anxious or depressed, sad, angry, or fearful.
On occasion, this may leave us feeling that we are struggling to cope and may feel hard to overcome the challenges that keep you from living a happy and fulfilling life.

About The Founder
Veev therapy and coaching services was founded by Violet Omatseye, a BACP registered counsellor, psychotherapist, and therapeutic life coach. Her trainings and personal life experience with overcoming troubling times has afforded her an empathetic perspective which she utilises to aid clients achieve the same.
